This is an incredible NEW pocket with a full size bell. The Bell is Gold Brass (more copper content in the brass). The horn is easy to hold and the innovative design having the 3rd valve slide wrap around so that you can operate it with your thumb is really quite clever. The Lacquer is like a mirror! The pitch is spot on and the tone is that of a full size trumpet. You can play with your existing mutes with no problems. I like everything about this horn. The metallic looking case has a unique handle that automatically folds down when released. The horn is made in Taiwan but distributed from Japan. CAROL BRASS manufacturing has thought of everything.
