Cornet, English Short Model w/Shepherds Crook

The XA7 Bb cornet has a vintage English cornet design with a tighter wrap for a dark, rich, intimate sound. With a medium bore for slightly more resistance. Ideal for brass band playing or jazz settings. Silver plated.

These horns play dark with a British mpc, but works great for jazz using a “normal” mpc. The medium bore adds significant resistance compared with XA1, but it doesn’t feel too restrictive and responds very fast. Comes with original case.

This horn will be Sonically Cleaned and polished before sending out. I wanted to get it on the site now. There is tarnish and slight corrosion at some of the hand contact areas. I think after the horn being sonically cleaned this will not be much of a issue
