Description

This Bach Stradivarius Model 37  Sn/  32050 was manufactured in 1965.
Although in really good shape this horn has been overhauled at some point in it’s life.
I don’t know who did it but they did a great job.  It doesn’t show but a trained eye can tell.
Comes with a Bruce Belo Precision Valve Alignment.
Historical Context

This specific instrument was produced during a significant transition for the Vincent Bach Corporation. In 1961, the company was purchased by Selmer (USA), and in 1965, manufacturing was moved from Mount Vernon, NY, to Elkhart, Indiana. Because serial number 32050 falls early in the 30,000 range, it is an early “Elkhart” era horn.

Model Specifications
The Model 37 is the most popular professional trumpet in the Bach line.
  • Bell: A one-piece hand-hammered #37 yellow brass bell, known for its vibrant, rich sound suitable for both classical and all-around playing.
  • Bore Size: Medium-large (.459″), which is considered the industry standard for versatility.
  • Leadpipe: Typically paired with a #25 leadpipe to provide slight resistance that helps center the tone.
  • Construction: Monel pistons for durability and a fluid feel.

Comes with the original case but no mouthpiece.  We have plenty of Bach and other custom mouthpieces available for purchase.
