Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.
If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

I know it is an expensive Proposition to buy over the Internet. Hopefully I can take some of the uncertainty out of purchasing an item from the HornTrader. Also, as a professional freelance musician/trumpeter I have performed over a span of 50 years in just about every type of venue around the world you could imagine. When it comes to trumpets I know what I’m talking about. I try to ship quickly so you will receive your item as soon as possible. A one week no questions asked return is provided as long as you email or call prior to the end of the 7th day upon receipt of the item.
My return policy is complete refund minus shipping and applicable bank fee (credit cards)FOR ANY REASON within 7 days (1 week) of receipt of the horn. Within 7 days having the item in your hot little hands for ANY reason you decide you are dissatisfied with the item, return it in the same shape you received it in and The Horntrader will refund 100% of your money minus shipping costs, transaction fees and credit card fees if applicable.
