 Adams A1, Gen1 New.  Purchased from Trent Austin at ACB 2 months ago. Trent designed this horn for Adams back in 2003. It has been re- designed in 2013 and they are now selling the Adams A1 Gen2. It sells for $3600. They had this one left over.  It is a great horn, comes with two tuning slides. It’s a high-end horn with a rich spectrum of overtones and a brighter-than-center sound profile.  A wonderful all-around trumpet, with a ringing, brilliant sound that really shines in commercial settings. The scale is super even and the valves matched the highest possible standards.

The original A1 is a versatile horn for the crossover player. It was the first trumpet in the Adams line and it was a fairly traditional setup.
