Here’s a beautiful example of the legendary Olds Recording trumpet, one of the most distinctive and highly regarded American trumpets ever produced.

This instrument features the classic Olds Recording design, with its elegant engraving, substantial construction, and distinctive Olds valve section. The horn is finished in bright lacquer  finish  with gold-lacquered accents, giving it a particularly striking appearance. The elaborate factory engraving on the bell and valve section is exceptionally attractive.

The Recording was Olds’ top-of-the-line professional trumpet and was built for serious players looking for a powerful, centered sound with excellent projection and a very responsive feel.
